Deis

Deis makes open source tools to compliment the latest Kubernetes container technologies.

As the Lead Designer, I work on branding and our websites; and ultimately on conveying our message to the DevOps community.

Barricade.io

Barricade is a modern security tool for developers.

I built and maintained the docs, blog, styleguide and parts of the product; working with designers and developers on the UX of the app. Following acqusition in 2016, the Barricade service was shut down.

Timber.io

Timber takes the pain out of logging — a tool to digest and streamline tons of data into meaningful insights for developers.

I worked with the founders to design the UI ahead of their launch.

I worked at Engine Yard from 2013-2015, as a UX Engineer and Product Designer.

I'm a passionate full stack designer working in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've spent time working in User Experience, Visual Design, Interaction Design and Front-End; in agencies and software companies. I enjoy digging through analytics and reading lots. I'm excited about things like Kindness, Animation and Conversational UI.

I believe performance and usability are at the core good design. I think designers should know how to code to some extent, and be able to think outside of frameworks.
